Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Base Salary + Commission). Responsibilities
â ¢Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
â ¢Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
â ¢Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
â ¢Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
â ¢Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
â ¢Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Qualifications
â ¢Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
â ¢Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
â ¢People-oriented
â ¢Self-motivated
â ¢Bilingual - Spanish PLUS
â ¢Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
â ¢Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
