What experience should I have? -_Over the Road Driver -Truck Driver-CDL Driver:_
Ability to read, write, speak, hear and understand English in order to effectively communicate with team members and understand instructions to complete and document tasks.
Three years of tractor-trailer experience preferred.
Class A CDL is required.
Acceptable driving record a must.
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical.
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Must be able to work in extreme outside weather conditions.
Must have some mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to work weekends when required.

Must be able to properly spot trailers.
Must be able to maintain accountability of all trailers within the shipping area.
Must be able to ensure units on all loaded trailers operate properly.
Must be able to ensure trailers temps are set and maintained at specified temp settings.
Must be able to report any maintenance issues regarding trailers through weekly trailer checks.
Must be able to maintain good housekeeping in yard premises and report to Management any maintenance issues regarding the yard.
Must be able to ensure proper operation of all dock locks through weekly yard checks.
