Branch Secretary

A variety of clerical tasks, such as greeting the public; answering and directing telephone traffic; prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and general documents for credit department; maintain credit files, monitor and input updated financial information, maintain electronic tracking and electronic filing systems; edit, proof, and prepare documents for final printing. Responsible for interoffice communications, aiding customers with account information; preparing correspondence and reports; filing; and general office functions as assigned.
General receptionist and telephone experience, including appropriate telephone etiquette. Good working knowledge of personal computers and standard office software required. Good understanding of electronic communication and documentation systems. Ability to interact efficiently with others, using good verbal and interpersonal skills. High school degree plus at least one year of post-high school education or equivalent experience. Secretarial, banking, lending, or legal experience preferred. Mobility on unimproved properties and ability to lift 35 pounds or more required. A general familiarity with agriculture is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
