Auto Service/Sales Manager

Summary: The main responsibility of the Manager is to increase the profit of the shop by capitalizing on internal and external leads, encouraging usage of shop by all customers and community, promoting long-term continuance of current customers and leading the staff to do the same. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to training, discipline, hire and fire, working with fellow staff and management, working with Tire Pros, ATD and other manufacture/vendors and creating sales campaigns.
Essential Functions:
Duties:
Sell tires and service
Hire and train staff
Monitor job completion and ensure accuracy and quality
Create and regularly evaluate marketing plan
Use telephone inquiries, walk-in guests and internet leads efficiently and effectively to provide each potential customer with information and products and services in an effort to create business
Provide a great customer experience each and every time
Follow up on all leads obtained on one's own and provided by others
Other duties as assigned by management
Policies:
Know and understand all Archibald Tire Pros policies and procedures.
Maintain highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all shop rules, policies and regulations
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to learn and adapt to constant changes.
Strong customer service skill
Knowledge of and ability to effectively use various sales techniques
Outgoing, positive, friendly and professional
Strong team player with positive attitude
Ability to enforce policy
Ability to multitask, think quickly and make good-quick decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone skills
Working Conditions:
Must work in and out of the shop promoting shop at least 40 hours per week.
Compensation:
Annual Salary with performance bonuses
Full Benefits as of qualifying date.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
