As a Service Advisor you will be a very important member of our service team.
We are looking for a positive, upbeat, interactive individual who is eager to serve our guests in a fast-faced atmosphere.
Must be responsible and professional with personal drive that promotes growth while being result oriented.
Must be able to learn and be led in a structured system that promotes personal growth, goal setting, and professionalism.
Other notable attributes would include the ability to multi-task, being high energy, honesty, salesmanship, and humility with the capacity to serve others.
Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required.
Working beside the Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all guests are given a Heritage Experience.

Responsibilities of this position include:
Greeting guests, assessing their needs, providing honest repair recommendations, answering phones to set up appointments/answer questions, preparing repair orders, sales, communicating with the technicians regarding repair work, working with the manufacturer to process warranty work, and working with others to serve the guest.
